Amazing pillow

I have hEDS and would get multiple joint dislocations/subluxations in my sleep every night. I got this pillow to try and help and ever since I started using it I haven't had any issues with my joints and I've been waking up without join pain every day for the about month and a half that I've had the pillow. My only wish is that it was a little bit longer, as I like to hug something while I sleep and I have to choose between hugging it or having it between my knees when its behind me (for reference I'm 5'5").
