Amazing product AND customer service!

Got my MoonSleep pillow about a week ago and I love it! I am in LOVE with the satin pillow covers! I received an auto email asking how I liked the pillow after my first week with it so I went ahead and responded with my honest feedback- that I love the pillow but that it got a little flatter than I'd like so I asked for more fill. They responded and shipped the extra fill right away! I also left feedback that I would love to see the satin covers in more vibrant colors and that feedback was acknowledged in the email. Actual people are behind the customer service wall of this company and that is such a refreshing change from the robotic auto responses and delayed response times from many other companies. Keep up the good work, MoonSleep!!!
