Amazing with one issue…

This pillow came yesterday and instantly I sunk into it and ended up reading for hours. I’ve been having some pain in my wrist and arms (work at a computer all day) so I was looking for a way to have more support while reading. I do want to say, I have not even had this for 24 hours and already I notice snags on the cover. I do not have cats or anything but if you do, I would think this cover is a no go. It is cool and stretchy, and super easy to get on the pillow given the nice big zipper, but I am concerned about the longevity given the multiple snags already there. For the price I don’t think it should do this. Maybe it came snagged? I’m not sure. See pics
