TLDR: I've searched and searched and there isn't another pillow like this out there; it's worth every penny - you should get it.
I had this pillow on my wish list for many months but kept putting it off for several reasons - 1. it is expensive, 2. I have recently started having neck pain and finally found a perfect pillow for my head so I didn't want to use this pillow for my head and many of the ways it's pictured are using it that way, 3. I am a side sleeper and flip back and forth at least once sometimes more and wasn't sure how possible it would be to flip the pillow with me because of the design and size and was afraid it would get caught in the sheets, etc, and 4. I already had a regular standard body pillow so how much better could this be? (answer: A LOT BETTER).
I suspected that my neck pain was due to my top shoulder collapsing in and pulling on my neck so I had started stacking a second pillow on my old lumpy nearly flat body pillow which did help but I would frequently forget to grab the second one and flipping over was a pain so I finally decided to just get the MoonSleep. It is SOOO comfy - the absolute PERFECT squish and it is substantial enough to easily support my arm so my shoulder doesn't cave in - I haven't woken up a single day with neck pain since I got it. I don't really use it in any of the ways it is pictured - when I'm facing into the bed I generally have the points of the pillow facing away from me and when I turn over I just pull it over me and then the points are facing towards me. I pull the top point by my face into my chest and that helps support my shoulder even more. No issues with flipping over because I don't rotate the pillow over me if that makes sense, I just pull it straight over. I've never tried one of those wrap around pregnancy pillows (though considered it) so I can't really compare but those are also expensive and imo ugly and also bulky in a different way but I cannot imagine one of those being better than the MoonSleep.
