Great for hEDS

This past year, I have been navigating a diagnosis of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and a large part of that has been figuring out how to sleep in a way that all my joints are supported. In my search, I came across the Moon Spoon and decided to give it a shot. I'll admit, it was a lot bigger than I expected it to be, but at 5'7", that was a delightful surprise. In the first few nights of use, it almost seemed too plush, but a good "squish-in" period, as the accompanying note suggested, did wonders. This pillow supports my hips and shoulders (both on my back and on my side) so well that I've noticed a huge reduction in nighttime subluxations, meaning I have been sleeping well and waking up in less pain. This alone is plenty reason to leave a 5-star review in my book, but the company solidifies that score with it's customer service—the founder provides her email for questions and feedback, and by all accounts I've seen, she responds and tries to ensure everyone is happy with the product. For these reasons, the Moon Spoon is a game-changer, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to up their sleep game.
