great for side-sleepers

I sleep on my sides and as someone in their 40s, really did a number on my shoulders. The pillow is great at providing the support I need for my spinal / neck alignment. I'm 5'7" and the pillow is long enough for the support I need. I also use it to support me for reading / scrolling on my phone. One thing to keep in mind is that the pillow is HUGE. It takes up half of a queen sized bed - so do keep this in mind if you have limited space.
