Hard on my back.

I've had my moonsleep for a few days now and not sure if I like it yet. I've slept with a pregnancy pillow since 2020 for comfort and loved it but saw this and had to have it. I wake up with back pain every morning after I use my moonsleep pillow I've tried every position possible and still 😔 thinking about returning but don't know the policy on that. It is super soft but my back isn't liking it.
