Highly disappointed

I wanted to love this pillow soooo badly that I bit the bullet and spent $200 on a body pillow and I’m left incredibly disappointed. First off, $89 for the pillow case they make you buy with the pillow is absolutely absurd. I was expecting such higher quality material at least. It’s not soft and it was audibly tearing as I was putting it on my moonspoon. I was so excited to finally have it in my hands but once I opened the box I was in literal tears. My pillow is completely flat even after letting it rise and fluffing it up multiple times. It’s stuffed unevenly and not filled up all the way. I tried to fix it myself but it’s not possible due to I proportionate stuffing. I’m so upset. I checked the reviews before buying and I thought I was 100% safe. I guess they filter out everything that’s not a 5 star review. If this review is even seen by anyone please be weary before spending so much on this pillow. I reached out to customer service 4x and no response. Massive let down.
