I love it… but!

Ok I finally got this thing in the mail and… it’s HUGE!! I love that about it, but I’m hoping I’ll break it in soon as it’s too tall out of the box to get legs and arms around. It also takes up my entire full size bed! My only reason for not giving 5 starts is that the whole shipping delay system and moving goal posts of delivery times was weird. A friend asked about getting one and I responded honestly that I did really like it but wouldn’t wait for it a second time. It seems like I’m still getting tons of ads for new products from this brand while it took 2 months to get my pillow even after it was marked “priority” 🤷‍♀️ they send emails about transparency, but these things seem to be sitting in a warehouse not shipping for weeks at a time - hire more people? Or don’t sell more products than you can fulfill? Unfortunately it’s giving unreliable
