I love this pillow and so does my son, who has autism. The pillow case is thicker than the original one we got. I went ahead and put the new cover over the old one so the cover is extra thick for my son. I only gave it 4 stars because the new cover came with a very strong chemical smell. One cycle in the wash and the smell went away so it was all good.
