I originally bought this for myself, and honestly wasn't totally thrilled with it, but I think it just wasn't for me! I gave it to my wife, and she said: "I haven't used a regular pillow since I got this, and my neck, shoulders, and hips hurt less than they have in a couple of months!" Overall, it's comfy and cozy, supportive and versatile, but also HEAVY, unwieldy, and kind of awkward and lumpy looking. The cover is very thin and kind of translucent, which doesn't disguise any lumpiness in the filling and also doesn't bode super well for its ability to protect the pillow long-term. Not recommended for a larger plus-sized person with mobility issues, and definitely not recommended for a twin bed, but highly recommended for an able-bodied person who sleeps in a larger bed.
