It's a pillow but a nice one

My wife loves this pillow. Only complaints she has made was the filling was a little light so it's not as firm as she prefers and the shipping time. The firmness is based on personal opinion I think it's ideal for my preference the 1 or 2 times I've rested my head on it. The shipping time was definitely iffy and seemed almost like a scam deal with initial responses but it came through and was exactly as described. With the hit on ship time 9.3 out of 10. The team was responsive when I expressed my issue with the delay and followed up quickly. Would definitely order from them again. Growing a company comes with growing pains. Definitely a start up but most definitely a reputable company in the making. Take that for what it's worth.
