It’s not worth the money

I was excited to receive this large pillow after I lost my spouse. I had waited over a month and 10 days for it to get here. It took 3 weeks for the facility to get the batch of pillows but then they took forever to ship it out. When I finally got my pillow, the box was torn up and busted at both sides of the box. For as much money as I spent on this pillow I would have hoped that they put in much thought and care into packaging the pillow so that the insert would not be lost. My pillow insert was nowhere to be found and the plastic that was supposed to keep my pillow “clean and safe”, had been punctured causing my pillow to expand. I am devastated that I spent $200 on a pillow that was poorly packaged and the pillow case is missing. The pillow itself is not comfortable and feels like a big squishmallow. Not enough depth to it to feel like you are sleeping next to someone. I am disappointed and do not recommend this.
