It’s so comfy

I really like the pillow and it’s comfy, my feedback I would say that if firmness can be customized in the future that would be nice I thought it would be firmer BUT VERY COMFY! Also the zipper on the case I think it should be on the other side of the pillow because when you lay down on the inside in the way I am in the picture the zipper it’s in the way I think. Overall I’m super happy with the pillow but if the zipper being on the bigger side of the moon pillow is available pls lmk!
