My daughter is absolutely in love with this pillow, it is super soft cooling, and she just loves sleeping with it. The only complaint I have is that it took extremely long to get here, but I will say that after a couple of weeks they did keep in contact with me and they did try to rectify the situation by throwing in an extra pillow cover for free because of the length of time but other than how long it takes to arrive, it is a great pillow.
