My sleep anxiety defeated

I genuinely have a hard time going to bed at night because I am struggling right now with sleep anxiety. I have experienced a deep loss in my family that has made it hard for me to find rest and the moon spoon pillow gives me a lot of comfort. It's very soft, cool to the touch, and I am so happy, I bought it. I feel enveloped and safe.
