Nicely marketed pillow

I'm not mad I bought and have this pillow. The box it arrived in was destroyed, I'm not sure if anything fell out, the pillow case is too thin for what it costs on its own, and I haven't received a response to any of the emails I sent. I'm not mad I have it, but I don't know that I'd recommend it.
