replaced my husband

Even if I hated this pillow - which i absolutely do not - i would STILL give a 5 ⭐️ review on the STELLAR customer service alone. i received my pillow and noticed that it had not come vacuum sealed and did not seem to puff up or become as lofty as it appeared to be in photos and videos even after a few days. i emailed Casey letting her know and asking where she suggested purchasing additional. before she even replied, this angel of a human set up a shipment with an additional 3lbs of filling FREE OF CHARGE. i have since gotten the additional filling and my moonspoon pillow is now lofty and plush and amazing. it is slowly pushing my husband out of the bed and i won’t apologize for that. i have recommended this pillow to anyone and everyone that will listen and am saving up to buy more pillowcases!
