The best thing about this pillow is you can use it in virtually ANY way. You can use it behind your head and prop up your shoulders, you can flip it 180° and use it between your thighs while it supports your back and lets your hug in the front, or you can use it as advertised and squeeeeze with Huggies in the back! Love this pillow and I can’t wait for more nights to experiment with her!!! P.S. the cover is cleverly smooth and stays nice and cool all night
