The PERFECT pillow (in the right situations)

I’ve had my moon spoon for 2 weeks and am honestly in love!

Right out of the box I was impressed. It was packed tightly for shipping but expanded quickly and no gross smell or “off gassing” period. The video of putting on the pillowcase and the tip shake does really help!

As far as comfort goes it’s amazing! The plush is very premium and Ive found myself using it not only as a body pillow but as a head pillow often at night- which I didn’t expect! It is the PERFECT cozy napping pillow in all positions!! At night, I am a “rotisserie chicken” sleeper. The pillow doesn’t solve this, but I’ve found I can angle it towards the top corner of my bed and it enables me to curl into multiple positions - little spoon, big spoon, head pillow, anywhere in between- without having to move the pillow itself. I have developed lower back pain in the last year and this has really seemed to help! The fabric is pretty cooling, but not as cold as a cooling pillow and case are together.

Now for the cons- its large and in charge. This gives stability and is a great size 90% of the time, but is heavy to move in the middle of the night. My boyfriend’s reaction was also “I’ve been replaced by a moon”. We have a king bed, but it is noticeably less roomy with both of us and the moon on the bed. At the same time, I sometimes feel I wish it was just a few inches bigger! I am 5’9” and wish it could curl just a tiny bit more under my knees when behind me and under my head.

Aesthetically it is beautiful! I slightly worry about the thinness of the fabric but have had no issues so far with my every night use with long nails and a cat.

All in all, I LOVE this pillow. I would highly recommend it! Just know the pros and cons as it is a speedy purchase but was 1000% worth it for me!
