worth every penny

when my bf and i originally ordered our pillow it got lost in the mail and casey and her team were absolutely wonderful in assisting us in getting a replacement (thankfully it was ups’s fault and there was enough documentation to prove that!) they have wonderful customer service and the pillow is the coziest addition to my room perfectly soft and fluffy the only complaint i have is it makes it impossible to get out of bed in the morning lol
