It was delivered straight to my door ( I live on the top floor of my apartment) and unboxing it and putting the pillow cover on was sooo easy ( they also have a tutorial video you could watch on how to put it on but it’s honestly so easy that I didn’t need to watch it ) !! It’s so buttery smooth and so comfortable!! I’m so glad I bought it !! :)
