I absolutely love this pillow, but now it’s sitting on the couch for family movie nights because it’s way too big to sleep with. I wish there was one half as big

ok so i do love this massive crescent moon shaped pillow but i also have some complaints. love the softness, shape, color i chose (lavender) and the overall coziness. it really does make you feel like you’re being hugged and creates a great reading nook. my complaints are that it gets very warm, takes up my entire bed (full sized), is rather heavy and...

Ally, thank you! We love that it's become your cozy reading nook. I'm sorry about your neck and shoulders, though. Please don't push through that. It's meant to support you, not strain you. Shipping was fast and it came a day early so I give 5 stars for shipping. The pillow, I’ll give 2 stars. I’m 5’4 and weigh 238 pounds. I don’t feel much support. I’ve had headaches the past 2 nights I’ve had this pillow. It is very squeezable, soft, but not really cool temperature wise. I tried the body positioning I’ve seen in the advertising videos and...

Jasmine, thank you for the shipping stars and for sharing the details. I'm sorry about the headaches. Please don't push through discomfort. Some people find the MoonSpoon works best for body support with their usual pillow under their head. We've sent you an email to help out! <3

Why did I wait so long for a pillow based on the color if the case didn’t come with it? Opened the package today and no pink case to be found. I’d love to know what took so long.

I thought I would like it since I'm a side sleeper, but I'm not a fan. It's so big and so expensive. I regret my purchase. It's so cumbersome to move because its size also makes it heavy. It is awkward and takes up half my queen-size bed. I use three pillows when I sleep. I tried to like this, but I will return it.

I was expecting it to be nicer for how expensive it is. It is HUGE, takes up most of my size full bed. But it doesn't have nearly as much stuffing as the ads! The lack of stuffing means it gets lumpy every time you use it. It's hard to fluff so getting what stuffing it has where you need it is almost impossible. The cover is so thin and cheap you can see...

(ADVANTAGE) + nice and squishy and voluminous between legs, similar to the advertisement + it’s kinda nice to hug, so like, i don’t hate it (DISADVANTAGE) - this pillow is REALLY big on my queen sized bed (so it’s definitely harder to get under my blanket every night) - i turn and twist a lot when i try to sleep, so: hard to rotisserie chicken (being under...

hi alex! thanks for laying out the pros and cons. We’re glad it’s squishy and huggable, and we hear you on the size. Moving a big pillow and a blanket at once is a real struggle when you toss and turn. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll go over your options together. :)

I wanted to love this- purchased multiple covers to change out with my sheets. Big mistake…once I tried to use this I realized what a mistake I had made. This is huge. I have a king size bed and it take up half the space…add in that’s it’s too heavy to easily move when you are resting or if you are under covers and this turned out to be a giant waste of...

Flo, thank you for being so honest, and I'm sorry the MoonSpoon wasn't what you hoped for. It's big on purpose, made to hold you on both sides, but we know that size and weight aren't for everyone, especially when you're shifting around under the covers. We’ve reached out to help get your return started. We’re always here to help! <3
