The pillow itself is giant and squishy and perfect. I have a herniated C4, and C5, I was hoping this might end my pillow rotation to minimize my neck pain but so far this isn't a good pillow for my neck. I'll keep trying and update my review if that changes. It is comfy to crawl into and nap!
