- Inner cover: Brushed microfiber for an extra layer of cozy and durability. Zippered for adjustable fill.
- Inner fill: High-quality polyester fiber purposefully chosen for its super soft, plush feel and long-lasting loft. PFAS- and PFOS-free. Add or remove fill to customize firmness.
- Care: Both covers are removable + machine washable. Keep zipped while drying for best results.
- Length: 59" tip-to-tip. Oversized for full-body support.
- Width: 24" at the widest center point for a true wraparound hug.

Materials that matter.
Eucalyptus Tencel Cover
Tencel is made from sustainably sourced eucalyptus wood pulp. It's naturally cooling, antimicrobial, and softer than silk. It gets softer with every wash.
Premium Plush Fill
We use a high-quality polyester fiber purposefully chosen for its super soft, plush feel. Our lower denier, siliconized fill is soft, moldable, and cloud-like. It's PFAS- and PFOS-free. Because finer fibers are lighter, you need more of them to get that perfect plush feel, which is why ours weighs 12 lbs. The inner cover is zippered so you can adjust firmness.

MoonSleep™ was born after trying dozens of body and pregnancy pillows, and running into the same issues: synthetic fabrics, awkward shapes, and inconsistent fill.

The outer cover is made from Eucalyptus Tencel™. Silky-soft, breathable, and naturally cooling. It's removable and machine washable. Line dry for best results, or tumble dry on low. The inner pillow can be spot cleaned as needed.

Yes! Both the outer cover and inner cover have zippers, so you can easily remove or add fill to customize the firmness to your preference. Want it fluffier? Add more fill. Prefer it softer? Remove some. It's fully adjustable to your sleep style.
100%! The MoonSpoon™ was inspired by pregnancy pillows, but upgraded with more luxurious materials, a more versatile crescent shape, and a design that stays useful long after pregnancy. It can support your belly, back, hips, and knees for side sleeping, lounging, and getting comfortable.
Yes! Every MoonSpoon™ includes a silky-soft Eucalyptus Tencel™ zip cover that's removable and machine washable. Additional covers in various colors will be available for purchase soon.
Yes! We just launched new color options: Champagne, Soft Lilac, and Deep Plum, with more to come. Right now, each color is available as part of the full pillow. The MoonSpoon™ may be FSA/HSA eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity from your healthcare provider. Ask your doctor if a body pillow is recommended for your condition.
We currently ship to the continental US only (lower 48 states). We're working on expanding to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations. Join the waitlist to be the first to know when we can ship to your location.
Because each MoonSpoon™ is custom-compressed and sealed for hygiene and quality assurance, we're unable to accept returns at this time. Once the packaging is opened, the pillow naturally expands and can't be re-compressed or resold to our standards. We made this choice intentionally so every customer receives a brand-new, never-used pillow, kept fresh, clean, and ready for the coziest sleep from night one.
