The outer cover is removable. Follow the instructions for your selected fabric.

• Lunair covers: wash cold, line dry for best results, or tumble dry on low.
• EverMoon covers: wash cold and line dry. Avoid high heat.
• Satin covers: wash cold on a gentle cycle and line dry. Avoid high heat, which damages the stretch and dulls the finish.
• Croissant covers: follow the sewn-in production care label. Close the zipper before cleaning; avoid bleach and high heat.

The inner pillow can be spot cleaned as needed.

The MoonSpoon™ is filled with vegan down — a high-quality polyester fiber that feels like a cloud. The inner cover is brushed microfiber for an extra layer of cozy and durability. Watch this Instagram video about why we chose this filling.

Yes! Both the outer cover and inner cover have zippers, so you can remove or add fill to customize the firmness to your preference. The MoonSpoon™ arrives vacuum-sealed and intentionally extra lofty, then softens and molds to your body over the first few nights. Sleep with it before adjusting, then remove fill if you prefer a softer feel.

Yes, we call it the Squish-In Period.

Your MoonSpoon™ may feel extra full and lofty at first, and that's normal. After a few nights of sleeping, hugging, folding, and squishing, the fill starts to relax and mold to you.

Yes! Every MoonSpoon™ includes a removable zip cover in your choice of fabric: silky-cool Lunair (eucalyptus Tencel™), cloud-soft EverMoon (modal), glossy-smooth Satin, or the limited-edition Croissant faux fur. Existing customers can also order an extra cover separately in any fabric. Cover-only orders do not include the pillow.

• Lunair: eucalyptus-derived TENCEL™ Lyocell (93%) with a touch of stretch (7% spandex). Our coolest cover. Stays cool all night, silky, breathable, and naturally moisture-wicking. The original eucalyptus Tencel™ people already know.
• EverMoon: cloud-soft modal (92% modal, 8% spandex). Cool and moisture-wicking, moldable, with a little more hold. A natural pick for pets and everyday durability.
• Satin: 80% nylon, 20% spandex with a glossy-smooth glide and soft stretch. Gentle on skin and hair, so you wake with less bedhead frizz and fewer sleep creases.
• Croissant (Limited Edition): 100% polyester golden faux rabbit fur that gives the MoonSpoon™ its flaky croissant shape. One run, one colorway, gone when it's gone.

The MoonSpoon™ may be FSA/HSA eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity from your healthcare provider. Ask your doctor if a body pillow is recommended for your condition.

Yes, we accept returns.

• 30 days from delivery to request a MoonSpoon™ pillow return, including its original cover, then postmarked within 14 days after that. Lightly used is completely fine — a body pillow is something you have to sleep with to know — as long as it comes back in good, clean condition.
• Prepaid return label included with every approved return; its actual cost is deducted from your refund.
• No separate standard fee for restocking or cleaning.
• Orders that haven't shipped can be cancelled anytime for a full refund.
• Extra covers bought on their own cannot be exchanged for a different color or fabric. Unused, unopened extra covers can be returned. The cover that came with your pillow goes back with the pillow.
• Extra Fill Packs are final sale once shipped. If you'd like to cancel before it ships, email [email protected] and we'll refund it.

• We ship to the address on your order. If your package is shipped to an incorrect, outdated, or incomplete address you provided, we cannot send a replacement free of charge.
• If we confirmed an address correction before shipment but failed to apply it, contact us so we can put it right.
• If it hasn't shipped yet, email [email protected] and we will confirm whether we can update it. Changes may no longer be possible once your package is being prepared or is with the carrier.
