We want your MoonSpoon™ experience to feel simple, thoughtful, and cared for from the moment it arrives. We also believe a return should still do some good in the world.
Cancellations
Any unshipped order can be cancelled for a full refund. Just email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it for you.
Issue With Your Order?
If your MoonSpoon™ arrives less than perfect, we’ll take care of it for you. Just email [email protected] and we’ll help make it right.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day your MoonSpoon™ is delivered to request a return. We know a body pillow is something you have to actually sleep with to know, so a few cozy nights are completely fine.
To be returnable, your MoonSpoon™ should be only lightly used and in good condition: clean, intact, and free of damage, stains, tears, or lingering odors. Keeping returns in good shape is what allows us to donate them to those in need (see below).
To Be Eligible, Your Item Should Be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Only lightly used and in good, clean condition
- Free of damage, stains, tears, or lingering odors
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How To Start A Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number to request a return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions for how and where to send your package. The actual cost of that label is deducted from your refund.
- Please wait for approval before sending anything back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. We deduct the actual cost of the prepaid return label from your refund. We do not charge a separate standard restocking or cleaning fee. If we explicitly promise you a better refund, we honor that promise.
A second life, never a resale
We will never resell a used MoonSpoon™. Instead, every eligible return is thoughtfully cleaned and refurbished, then donated to organizations caring for people who could use a little extra comfort at night, including:
- Women’s shelters
- Domestic violence survivor services
- Foster care programs
- Veterans service organizations
That is also why returns need to arrive in good condition. A gently cared for MoonSpoon™ is one we can pass along to help someone rest a little easier.
